The free checker runs in your browser. What you paste into it isn't uploaded to us unless you go on to buy a fix, which sends it along with your ticket. The site stores your last checker result in your own browser (local storage) so the checkout page can show it. We don't use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

EDI files often contain other people's information, such as consignee names, addresses, and contacts. You can turn on redaction, which masks rates, street addresses, and contact details before analysis. Please don't send health information, full card or bank numbers, or government ID numbers.

3. How we use it

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use your files to train AI models. Help pages on this site use made-up examples, never customer data.

5. How long we keep it

6. Expert applications

If you apply to work with us as an expert subcontractor at otrsi.ai/experts, we collect what you put in the application: your contact details (name, email, optional phone, home base), your skills and experience, your own hourly rate if you give one, your references, and any links you share. We use it only to review your application and, if you're approved, to onboard you. We don't sell it. To control spam, we store a one-way hash of your IP address, never the IP address itself. We keep applications up to 12 months, then delete them, unless you become an OTRSI expert. You can ask us to delete your application at any time by emailing support@otrsi.ai.

7. Security

We encrypt data in transit (HTTPS), limit access to the people and systems that need it, protect admin accounts with two-factor authentication, and keep file contents out of logs. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we'll notify you as required by law, including Alabama's Data Breach Notification Act of 2018 (Ala. Code § 8-38-1 et seq.).

8. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, export, or delete your information through the support form. We'll answer within 30 days. We'll still keep records the law requires us to keep, such as payment records. You can cancel plans at any time.

9. Children

This is a business service. It isn't directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect children's information.

10. Changes

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If a change is material, we email active customers before it takes effect.
